ATAD MAINTAINED ISO 9001: 2015 CERTIFICATION; ISO 14001: 2015 AND ISO 45001: 2018

ATAD Company currently owns more than 1700 professionally trained employees, applying ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system; ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018. ATAD’s steel products have also been certified CE (European Conformity) proving their ability to meet the requirements of the European market. In addition, ATAD is also an active and regular member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), which helps develop green buildings in Vietnam.

To ensure quality in the entire process of design, manufacturing and erection, ATAD standardizes management systems according to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001: 2007. These standards have been converted, upgraded and re-certified by the company. Specifically, on July 25, 2019, ATAD Steel Structure Joint Stock Company continued to be re-certified with ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 14001: 2015, converted from 2008 to 2015 and OHSAS 1800: 2007 certification converted to ISO 45001: 2018 issued by DNV-GL (Norway) – one of the prestigious international registry organizations and the world’s largest.

ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 are the latest three sets of Quality, Environment and Health Safety standards. The new version requires and requires the ISO system to be a scientific solution to help businesses control and minimize risks arising from both inside and outside.

The company has 2 modern factories with a total area of ​​211,000 m² and a design capacity of 144,000 tons of steel structure/ year. These two factories are one of the largest and most modern steel structure production lines in the world. In particular, ATAD Dong Nai factory, Vietnam is the first steel structure factory in Asia to achieve LEED Gold standard and is the first factory office in Vietnam to achieve LEED Platinum.

ATAD Long An factory is equipped with machines and high automation equipment to enable production of steel structure packages. The factory area has a very large area, is provided with safety cranes, cutting machines, welding, surface cleaning and modern paint capable of producing components weighing up to 20 tons. The factory also owns a large production line of various types of corrugated iron, covering, accessories (ATAD deck, ATAD Lock, ATAD Seam, ATAD Span) for many different types of buildings. All components are checked by meter and the most advanced testing equipment to ensure the best quality before being transferred to the construction site.

ATAD Dong Nai factory is the largest and most modern steel structure factory in Southeast Asia. In particular, this is the first LEED Gold green building factory in Asia by the US Green Building Council. LEED is the world’s most prestigious green building standard certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

ATAD Dong Nai factory owns a heavy and light steel structure production line with an ideal length of over 400m. The plant is equipped with the latest CNC machines, special production lines such as automatic beam box production line, hydraulic bending machine … The plant is also equipped with modern machines to check product quality according to international standards.

During the process of formation and development, ATAD has constantly strengthened and improved its organizational system, standardized the production and service provision process, ensuring compliance with standards prescribed by law and commitment to service quality standards for customers.
