Up to now, this system has been successfully converted to ISO 22000: 2007 version.
According to Mr. Pham Kinh Kha – General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AROMA Company, in the implementation process, the company’s leaders empower decentralized units and autonomy in production with a unified document system among units. , between leadership and production, between production and workers. Strict application of ISO 22000 helps the company to have a good production management system. All unsuitable products are planned, sorted and processed right away, helping to save materials, reduce consumption, increase labor productivity.
Not only successfully applying ISO 22000, the entire production line, from rice cooking to distillation, is fully imported from Japan. The company invested in a modern distillation system including 4 automatic distillation towers. In addition, due to strict production according to ISO 22000, the selection of raw materials up to the last bottling stage of AROMA has undergone strict quality control and control. The content of aldehyde, methanol and other impurities in alcohol is strictly controlled according to standards set by the Ministry of Health.
In the prerequisite program (PRPs) of ISO 22000, AROMA has developed regulations on the need to conduct a current status assessment of general conditions and ensure food safety in the following aspects: Infrastructure (structure) factories, lighting systems, water, steam and compressed air systems, waste and waste treatment systems.etc); design, layout of the workshop (equipment, tools and food contact.etc); requirements for direct producers.etc. Finally, identify OPRP control points because alcohol is a beverage that has a direct impact on human health.

In parallel with the application of ISO 22000, with the aim of improving the quality of products, for the health of the community, AROMA has invested in the construction of a laboratory meeting the standards of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 ( VILAS standards) with modern equipment such as gas chromatograph, pH meter, photometer.etc. Experienced staffs are trained to check and control the quality of all raw materials and sell them. finished products and finished products before leaving the factory.
A food safety management system in accordance with ISO 22000:2007 has helped AROMA control the processes in production and business, reduce waste, limit risks, improve quality, increase profits and reduce production and business costs. This is also an opportunity for AROMA to increase its competitiveness, expand domestic market share, expand export opportunities to international markets.
With the purpose of improving productivity, quality, and reducing costs in a sustainable development strategy, since 2012, AROMA has participated in the project “Factory conversion under TQM / Lean Manufacturing model”.
