Workers do not have to soup the ceramic furnace during the heating period as before.

At Cuong Phat Co., LTD, although the company has gradually implemented the process of manufacturing and changing some modern equipment. However, the company is still struggling because of some equipment, old technology production machines, low productivity, high losses, affecting product price. With the desire to find solutions to improve production efficiency, year 2017-2018, the company has participated in the project “Improving productivity and quality of products and goods of small and medium enterprises in Binh Duong province”. Accordingly, the company has applied the quality tools 5S (screening-arrangement-clean-hunting-ready), Kaizen (Continuous Improvement). Cost savings for the company more than VND 2.5 billion.

Mr. Tran Chanh Tin-head of quality management – Cuong Phat Co., LTD-said, through statistics, the indicators have achieved the level of improvement, which gives a pronounced effect compared to the time before improvement. The saving of raw materials in production the following year is higher than the previous year. If the year 2016, the percentage of products damaged in production is 4.6% in 2017 after the implementation of the solution of defective product ratio is only 4.12%, and in 2019 under 4%.

According to representatives of The Binh Duong Department of Science and Technology, the application of new technology in calcining products has brought high economic efficiency. Through calculations, if the old technology in the production of crockery is needed 1,500 people work with yield 50,000-60,000 products/day, but when applying the combustion technology once fire, the yield increases to 100.000-120,000 products/day, together with the same number of employees; The duration of the production cycle is only 3 days longer than the previous 15 days.
