Right from the beginning of construction of the factory, the Company has paid great attention to the selection of production technologies, management systems and information technology applications in operation, production, sales, etc. Therefore, the whole lines, machines in the factory are managed and operated through the most advanced information technology system in the world today.

According to the sharing of engineer Nguyen Van Tuan – Head of the Central Operation Department, the production and supervision parameters of the factory are all installed in the CCR central control room. The operation of all equipment in the production line is monitored and controlled from the CCR room through measuring and control equipment, designed and supplied by ABB-Switzerland. The control system is controlled online (online) from the QC department through the latest generation X-Ray system of Themor-Switzerland. Besides, the QCS system connects to the quantitative stations through the DCS system, to improve and stabilize product quality. All activities of the equipment in the production line are monitored & controlled from the CCR room through measuring & control equipment, designed & provided by ABB – Switzerland.

In the factory invested to install the camera system, which is directly linked to the office of the parts in the factory to facilitate the monitoring and adjustment in the production process and operation of inter-business. Recently, the management of internal reports through information systems has helped the Board of Directors easily control and manage production and business tasks more quickly and accurately than before. Catching up with technology 4.0 in business, the Company puts the online purchasing system through the Internet into operation. Customers do not need to go directly to agents or suppliers can still choose the product line that suits the purpose of use. Through online sales channels, the Company also updated a lot of useful feedback from customers such as product quality, product packaging designs or competitive prices in the market.
