AMYGRES: Continuous innovation, technical innovation in manufacturing labor

Actively responding to the patriotic emulation movement, with enthusiasm and passion for career, Mr. Le Van Hung (born in 1977), worker of AMYGRES Factory, belonging to Asia My Industry Joint Stock Company (Industrial Park Thai Hoa – Lien Son – Lien Hoa, Lap Thach district) always explores, learns, studies topics, offers many ideas, initiatives and applies them successfully, bringing efficiency in labor, completing Excellent mission assigned.

Born and raised in Tan Lap countryside (Song Lo), after working for a number of enterprises inside and outside the province, in 2016, Mr. Hung applied to work at AMYGRES Factory – specializing in manufacturing high class ceramic tiles.

With extensive experience in the labor process, plus in-depth knowledge of machines, Mr. Hung is assigned to be the Head of the Factory’s Service Team, in charge of technical work, installation, maintenance, repairing the system of chains, machinery and equipment, ensuring the maintenance and operation of stable operation.

In just 2 years with the enterprise, Mr. Hung had many initiatives and creations in the installation of production lines, equipment, machines and production activities for the company’s factory, helping saving installation time, benefiting hundreds of millions of VND each year.

Due to the practical needs in the production process of workers at the company, the main line can not be boxed timely with large volumes of tiles, leading to the end of the product, which must take off the rack, workers have to work overtime 2 hours/day to make manual boxes to keep orders in time, increasing labor costs and putting pressure on labor intensity.

With the valuable experience accumulated before, along with the passion to learn and manufacture, Mr. Hung has successfully researched the topic “Canned sub-box 3” and devised a complete process from the stage. Designing, manufacturing to the automatic canning process of finished products with ceramic tiles with simple operation principles, stable features, contributing to reducing over 4 million electricity bills per day, reducing costs, saving 1/3 of the number of employees, reducing the loss of energy, partly replacing labor force, limiting the extent of chipping of the product, increasing the output markedly.

Not only is a worker with a high sense of responsibility in his work and creativity, overcoming all difficulties, Mr. Hung also endeavors, strives to fulfill professional tasks, exemplary compliance with the policy of the Party, policies and laws of the State, internal rules and regulations of the working units; take self-study and practice, constantly improve the technical level and motivate and work closely with colleagues in the department.

He is one of the typical workers, awarded the Certificate of Merit by the company leaders for the 2016-2018 period, as a typical outstanding union member awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Union of Labor of Lap Thach District.
