Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duc is known as one of the talented engineers, a young member of Song Cong Diesel One Member Company Limited with many innovative ideas about new technology solutions to apply for practical results in production and business.

In 2014, Mr. Doc started working in the Product Design Team of the Technical Department – Song Cong Diesel Company Limited. Then in 2017, he was transferred to the Energy Equipment Department with the task of repairing and maintaining Molding machinery and equipment at Casting 1, 2 and all ball injection machines, vacuuming, smoking in the whole company. He is constantly learning, researched and proposed many solutions and technical innovations to reduce fuel consumption, reduce human resources and protect the environment. Since then, Mr. Duc has had 48 topics and technical innovation initiatives benefiting hundreds of millions VND for the Company.

In 2017, Mr. Duc had 12 technical innovation initiatives, benefiting the company over 60 million VND. Prominent among those initiatives must include the topic: “Design and manufacture of the automatic oil injection system to preserve Honda crankshaft” won the third prize, the prize of “15th Thai Nguyen Youth Creation – 2018 year”. By 2018, Mr. Duc has 36 technical innovation topics and initiatives that benefit the company over 180 million VND. In which, there are many breakthrough initiatives and innovations recognized by the Company as a typical initiative to send to the Corporation, such as the topic “Design, manufacture, installation of automatic painting dipping line. Toshiba engine weathering”.

In 2019, the Company implemented the Japanese technology, automatic fresh sand molding project, Nguyen Thanh Duc was tasked with receiving technology from experts to implement. Any doc has made great efforts to learn foreign languages ​​so that he can read documents and exchange with foreign experts when transferring technology and machines to the Company. Applying this technology, productivity will increase 3 times and only use 1/3 of the labor force compared to before; sand consumption for mold making is reduced due to 95% regeneration; byproducts are only about 3 -5% while old technology is usually over 10%. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duc shared: “I always think that, I must work really and give my all, contributing to reducing human labor, contributing to the overall development of the Company. My success today thanks to the care and help of my fellow colleagues, especially the encouragement, encouragement and creation of the Company’s leadership for young engineers”.

From the achievements achieved in recent years, Nguyen Thanh Duc is honored to be one of 16 individuals awarded the typical Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People’s Committee in the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT / TW of the Politburo on ” Promote learning and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style ”; is one of the seven young faces of the province returned to Hanoi capital to participate in the program “Meet the typical young party members in studying and following Uncle Ho’s words”.
