5S at Petrolimex Aviation: Productivity Improvement tools

In early 2018, Petrolimex Aviation officially released and deployed 5S at the company’s office. After a brief deployment, the operation continued to be widely applied in the offices and branches of Petrolimex Aviation at the airport.

The main contents implemented include:

– Complete the screening, arrangement of documents, records, personal equipment of the office.

– Maintain daily 5S regulations.

– Conduct regularly check, monitor good practice 5S in the areas of responsibility.
