Upgrade technology to dominate the market, and increase capacity

In 1994, Minh Duong confirmed that it was the first unit of Vietnam to apply the installation of Sirup Malto and Sirup Gluco production lines by Enzyme method to create a breakthrough for the production of malt starch by cereal starch. and created many new products for the local confectionery industry

In 2003, the Company invested in building a new factory in Di Trach Industrial Complex to produce products applied in food and pharmaceutical technology including: Sirup Malto, Sirup Gluco with an capacity of 18,000 tons / year; Crystal glucose, with a capacity of 3,000 tons / year; Maltodextrin modified starch with a capacity of 3,500 tons / year. 3 years later, the Company installed an additional production line of Coconut Milk Powder and Non Dairy-creamer Cream Powder with a capacity of 3,000 tons / year …

The synchronous investment in infrastructure and equipment has helped to increase the output of the traditional product – malt – to 60 to 80 tons / day.

Particularly, the company has a 90% market share in the northern provinces, meeting the needs of many large confectionery manufacturers such as Hai Ha, Hai Ha – Kotobuki Joint Venture Company, Trang An Confectionery Company, Huu Nghi Confectionery Joint Stock Company, Hai Chau Confectionery Joint Stock Company, International Dairy Joint Stock Company, etc. The whole advanced equipment line is imported from many countries such as Germany, Malaysia, China, selected. Auxiliary materials of brands such as Novozyme, Zenecor, Romh and Hass of the United States, France and Malaysia.

In addition to traditional product (malt), the Company continues to produce maltodextrin, glucose, coconut milk, cream, etc with a total output of more than 10 thousand tons of products / year. .

In 2013, the Company put into a modern, closed production line system to produce vermicelli products from dong starch, sweet potato starch, potato starch; Various types of dry noodles, noodles, pho, noodles from rice. Specially, the Company invested in a complete line of stainless steel equipment, increasing the material handling equipment by mechanical methods to remove impurities without having to use chemicals or additives in the processing process. This is the first production line in the North that imports synchronously and has improvements in technology and equipment, so it can confirm that the quality is always delicious but always hygienic.
