Starting the first factory from 2006, by 2019 Hung Ca Co., Ltd. has a total of 6 seafood processing and exporting factories, creating jobs for thousands of workers. Hung Ca Co., Ltd has certificated with Global GAP, ISO 9001, HACCP and SGS, HALQL, BRC ISF, PMP, etc.

Invest in production lines that meet European standards

In 2006, Hung Ca Co., Ltd. invested in building a factory, equipped with a line of machinery and equipment for processing modern export pangasius, meeting European standards at Binh Thanh Industrial Cluster, Thanh Binh district, Dong Thap province. At the end of March 2007, the factory start to operation, processing over 600 tons of Pangasius catfish to export to Asian, European and Middle East markets each month.

Application of ISO 9001 quality management system

In 2008, Hung Ca Co., Ltd built a processing factory with a designed capacity of 150 tons of raw fish per day, a workshop with a processing capacity of 600 tons of finished fish per month. The factory applies the International Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008.

In 2009, Hung Ca Co., Ltd. cooperated with Van Y Joint Stock Company and Hoan Chau Company to build a food processing factory on an area of 6 hectares in Binh Thanh Industrial Complex. For sustainable development, the company also invests and owns thousands of hectares of aquaculture raw materials in Hong Ngu, Thanh Binh, Tam Nong, Tan Hong and Cao Lanh districts.

In early 2013, the company put into operation an aquatic food processing factory with a capacity of 800 tons of products/day and a fish-oil-fishmeal processing factory with 300 tons of raw materials/day, according to the following lines. modern technology lines of Europe, with an investment of over 260 billion VND, contributing to providing about 400,000 tons of aquatic feed and 300,000 tons of fish meal per year.

Energy saving and environmentally friendly in manufacturing

Recently, in early 2019, the Company held a grand opening ceremony and put into operation Hung Ca Seafood Processing Factory 6. This factory was built on an area of 21,000m2, with a total investment of 465 billion dong, equipped with modern and semi-automatic production technology lines, energy saving, environmentally friendly; design capacity of 300 tons of material per day, creating jobs for more than 1,500 employees. The operation of the factory has contributed to expanding the production scale, improving the Company’s competitiveness, and promptly meeting the market demand.

According to company BOD: Compliance with international procedures on water systems, ponds, farming techniques and system of fish processing factories costs a lot of money, but in return fish cultured less disease, production increased from 3 – 5%, improve product quality and lower costs.
